In 1997, Dr. James Catanzaro, Sr., President of Chattanooga State Technical Community College admitted under oath that he had pled guilty to stealing public funds in Ohio. Here in Chancery Court in Hamilton County, Tennessee on March 21, 2002, Catanzaro denies under oath that he plead guilty or was ever charged in Ohio. This is PERJURY Per Se.
