| DR. JAMES CATANZARO |
Dr. James Catanzaro, Sr., President of Chattanooga State Technical Community College, is a gangster from Chicago who was kicked out of Ohio, before he was kicked out of Chicago, before he came to Chattanooga to be embraced by the Ward Crutchfield "Criminal Machine" that controls Tennessee. In 1997, Catanzaro admitted to pleading guilty in Ohio to stealing public funds while under oath in a legal deposition. In March of 2002, Catanzaro denied under oath in court that he was ever charged in Ohio or ever pled guilty in Ohio to stealing public funds.

On February 18, 2003, Ernest Oliver met with Hamilton County Asst. District Attorney David Denny, and was told by Denny that he would conduct an investigation into the March 21, 2002 perjury charges by Oliver, of Dr. Catanzaro in Hamilton County Chancery Court. Mr. Denny also admitted that an investigation several years ago revealed that stolen car parts were appearing in the auto shop at Chattanooga State, and that the investigation never got to the bottom of the issue.
