TENNESSEEGATE

The moment I started to investigate Hydro-Vac, I lost first my job as a lab director, then my job as a chemistry and microbiology lab instructor at Chattanooga State Technical Community College. I kept on with my investigation. Many certified documents, tape recorded conversations and court hearings later, my investigation continues. I have uncovered layer upon layer of illegal activities and notified everyone in a position to do something to stop this growing public health crisis. Still the problem persists. Now I have no choice but to take my case to the American people. Who am I to say that this problem is real?

I was a certified State of Tennessee toxicologist in 1971 and along with Gerald Smith, started the Crime Laboratory in Chattanooga under the Tennessee Department of Public Health. I am a recognized expert in the analysis and identification of hazardous wastes and toxic substances. I have testified as an expert witness in 504 court cases in Tennessee and Michigan. I worked as a crime laboratory scientist and crime scene investigator for the Michigan Department of State Police and am now retired from that position in Michigan. I was on the chemistry staff at Michigan State University for eight (8) years in charge of the department's mass-spectrometry facility. In 2003, I completed three post-graduate semesters at Michigan State University and received my certification in molecular biology and DNA testing. I am uniquely qualified to make the scientific allegations contained in this book. Because of my background and training, I have gathered the evidence to support my allegations in Chattanooga in the manner necessary for a prosecutor to obtain an indictment from a grand jury. But not a grand jury in Chattanooga. Despite my qualifications as a whistle blower, plenty of people would like to think I'm just a crazy person who's angry he lost his job teaching chemistry and microbiology labs at the local Community College. The deeper an individual is implicated in the cover-up that is Tennesseegate, the louder that person will shout that I'm crazy. In the pages that follow, the reader can decide whose words to believe. The revelations on tape alone will stagger the imagination of even the most ardent skeptic. You can hear judges, City Councilmen, prosecutors, a grand jury foreman, the former Chattanooga Chief of Police, Chattanooga Mayors, Dr. James Catanzaro, lawyers, and politicians admitting to the very charges that could land everyone of them in jail.
