and fully intends to defend himself against the conspiracy which
has not only attempted to destroy his right to make a living in the
Chattanooga Area, but has also endangered the health and welfare of
the general public, locally, nationally, and internationally.
3. The illegal dumping by HVSI and Foxworth into the unlined
Chattanooga Summit Landfill, and the recent dumping by the City of
Chattanooga of 80,000 tons of hazardous waste on top of the closed
Summit Landfill, has contaminated Little Debbie® products baked in
the Chattanooga Area by McKee Foods Corporation. Gary Lander, legal
counsel for McKee Foods Corporation and former Chattanooga City
Attorney, admits in a tape-recorded conversation with
Defendant/Counterclaimant that Oliver's investigation and letter to
Tennessee Governor Don Sundquist has "dropped a bombshell" on McKee
Foods Corporation. Attorney Lander further admits that he was aware
of the contamination in the water at the Summit Landfill but was
not aware that it was in the air too! There is presently an
investigation by the countries of Canada, Mexico, and Russia who
receive Little Debbie® products baked in the Chattanooga Area,
regarding the contamination. This information has also been
presented to the Pentagon. McKee Foods Corporation supplies all
American military bases worldwide with Little Debbie® products
baked in the Chattanooga Area.
4. In early 1999, Mayor Jon Kinsey held the first of several
planned "town meetings" at the Chattanooga Tivoli Theater
regarding the City's now-failed attempt to take over the Tennessee
