American Legal System Is Corrupt Beyond Recognition, Judge Tells Harvard Law School
The American legal system has been corrupted almost beyond
recognition, Judge Edith Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Fifth Circuit, told the Federalist Society of Harvard Law School on
February 28 (2003).
She said that the question of what is morally right is routinely sacrificed
to what is politically expedient. The change has come because legal
philosophy has descended to nihilism.
"The integrity of law, its religious roots, its transcendent quality are disappearing. I saw the movie 'Chicago' with Richard Gere the other day. That's the way the public thinks about lawyers," she told the students.

A lawsuit filed by Ellsworth McKee, one of the owners of McKee Foods Corporation who manufactures Little Debbie products, has provided this writer the necessary evidence to prove that not only were Little Debbie, products knowingly manufactured under extreme toxic conditions, but the McKee brothers were fully aware of these facts and ignored the danger to the national and international public. Moreover, the McKees and the public officials listed above along with judges, prosecutors, and businessmen in Tennessee, all used their positions to cover-up the ugly facts. The most damaging revelation learned recently, is that the McKee brothers, the city and state officials, and Hamilton County Circuit Court Judge Jackie Schulten all knowingly attempted to defraud and extort $114,000 dollars from the NorthWest Georgia Bank. This is the subject of my attempt to intervene in the lawsuit R. Ellsworth McKee v. Delwin L. Huggins et. al., and expose the conspiracy to cover-up the contamination of Little Debbie products and the attempt by public officials and the McKee brothers to hide this criminal activity. All four Hamilton County Circuit Court Judges officially recused themselves in this matter because they all knew I can prove their complicity in the fraud and official cover-up of environmental crimes in Chattanooga over the past 16 years. After the recusal of all four(4) Chattanooga Circuit Court judges, the Supreme Court of Tennessee appointed a senior retired judge from Knoxville, Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood, to hear my Motion To Intervene in this lawsuit. After several months of filings by the parties and myself to Judge Blackwood, a hearing was scheduled on March 28, 2007, and oral argument was allowed by the parties and myself in the matter. Judge Blackwood then ruled that I would not be allowed to participate in the lawsuit and moreover, I also would not be allowed to attend any further depositions in the matter. This ruling violates my right to open court hearings as all depositions fall under the rules of open courts. Basically, Judge Blackwood has followed the same path as all four Circuit Court judges in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and helped cover-up the criminal activities of the McKee brothers and their fortune 500 Company making "dirty" Little Debbie products. Judge Blackwood also refused to address the issue of Judge Samuel Payne's illegal injunction of me in 1992, which directly violated the Order of federal Judge James H. Jarvis. Judge Jarvis ordered in 1992, that I would be allowed to return to Hamilton County Circuit Court and refile my lawsuit to stop the dumping and for violations of my civil rights. This illegal injunction by now retired judge Payne, has been covered-up by the Tennessee Court System for over a decade for the sole purpose of protecting the reputation of the McKee brothers and Little Debbie products. I have tape recorded proof that judge Payne used his position to thwart my attemps to seek justice and to protect the health and welfare of the general public.
Twelve year Congressman Zack Wamp who at one time announced his intention to run for the House leadership position against former majority leader Tom Delay of Texas, has suddenly found himself in a very unfamiliar position with the recent takeover of the house by the democratic party. Mr. Wamp apparently doesn't consider his past drug conflicts with the police, or his cover-up of the organized crime that is the heart of what I call "Tennesseegate", to be a problem with the American people. Mr. Wamp and his generation, seem to think that lying, cheating, stealing, and quibbling are acceptable to the "baby boom" generation that served this great country during World War II, Korea and Vietnam. I submit, as an honorably discharged veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, it's not acceptable! Congressman Wamp has recently announced he plans to run for Governor of Tennessee in the near future. Wamp's relationship with Chattanooga Attorney Wayne Cropp and Cropp's relationship with Phillip Martin, who was found to be flying former Senator Fred Thompson around the country in Martin's private jet during Thompson's run for President, will all come to light. Fred Thompson was forced to drop any contact with Phillip Martin when ABC news exposed Martin's shady past recently.
Former Chattanooga Mayor Bob Corker won the US Senate seat being vacated by former senate majority leader Dr. Bill Frist from Tennessee. Evidence will show that Senator Bob Corker knowingly and intentionally used his position as Mayor of Chattanooga to join the above conspiracy to cover-up and protect organized crime in Chattanooga that dumped hazardous waste in the Tennessee River, the Summit Landfill, and contaminated Little Debbie products. Further evidence will show the conspiracy to cover-up the contamination of Little Debbie products and the dumping of WalMart's hazardous "used oil" into the Tennessee River by now convicted dumper, William (Billy Ray) Foxworth, was state sponsored and state and federally protected. Evidence recently discovered in the Ellsworth McKee v. Huggins, et. al., lawsuit show absolutely, that a large number of city, state, and federal officials have known and overtly protected the organized criminal activities of a number of businessmen involved in illegal dumping of hazardous wastes in Tennessee. I can prove by tape recordings, official documents, including transcripts and sworn affidavits, that the dumping was covered-up by US Attorney Harry S. Mattice recently appointed by President George W. Bush to be the next federal judge in Chattanooga. Judge Harry S. Mattice was the counsel for former US Senator Fred Thompson listed above. I can prove Fred Thompson was fully aware of and fully protective of the illegal dumping that has contaminated Little Debbie products. See how our US Justice Department under Harry S. Mattice, allowed his Assistant US Attorney Guy Blackwell, to lie in open court to Senior Federal Judge R. Allan Edgar in order to protect the reputations of the WalMart Corporation and the McKee Foods Corporation. Observe strong evidence to prove that Senior Federal Judge R. Allan Edgar "KNEW" he was being lied to by members of the U.S. Attorney's Office! Learn that former Senate Majority Leader, Dr. Bill Frist and former Senator Fred Thompson chose attorney Harry S. Mattice to be the US Prosecutor in Chattanooga in order to protect the illegal dumping and other "good ole boys" practices they have enjoyed for the past 16 years. See how Mattice has enjoyed a meteoric rise from a local attorney in Chattanooga to a now sitting federal district judge and cover-up artist in Chattanooga. I have legal tape recorded conversations with senate majority leader Dr. Bill Frist's chief staff member in Chattanooga admitting that US Attorney Harry S. Mattice wasn't going to do anything about the illegal dumping occurring in Chattanooga. When I persisted in my attempt to seek help from Bill Frist's office in Chattanooga, I was threatened by the US Capitol Police in Washington with arrest if I continued my efforts to bring this information to the attention of the senate majority leader's office in Chattanooga.
Observe how City, State, and Federal inspectors allowed William (Billy Ray) Foxworth to operate his businesses illegally for over 16 years including the Roto-Rooter franchise, in the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 2002, due to the fact that illegal protection by State Solid Waste Manager Guy Moose and the State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation had allowed a dumping operation to go protected and unchecked for years, the US Environmental Protection Agency was forced to require over 850 companies in the Chattanooga area to pay a Super Fund clean-up of hazardous "used" oil dumped in the area. Recently, the Tennessee Comptroller's Office has charged the General Counsel, Attorney Joseph Sanders, with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, with allowing complaints to languish on his desk for years or be completely ignored all together. I can prove that Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation General Counsel Joseph Sanders conspired with State Solid Waste Manager Guy Moose to allow Moose to perjure himself in both state and federal courts and protect the criminal activities of now convicted dumper William (Billy Ray) Foxworth. Foxworth's dumping and the conspiracy of the McKee brothers and other members of the McKee organization, resulted in the contamination of Little Debbie products, and the fraud and extortion charged by this writer against all parties involved in the attempt to defraud the NorthWest Georgia Bank and the Chattanooga taxpayers. This writer's attempt to seek justice by filing a third-party intervention on behalf of the Chattanooga Taxpayers in the above-entitled lawsuit, R. Ellsworth McKee v. Delwin L. Huggins et. al., has now been officially stopped by the recent Order of Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood. The lawsuit however, is scheduled to go to trial sometime in August of 2008. The potential for all of the environmental crimes and the exposure of the negligence of the McKee brothers to their customers in knowingly manufacturing "Dirty" Little Debbie products would be very real should this case go to trial.
See how four Chattanooga Mayors, Gene Roberts, Jon Kinsey, Bob Corker and Ron Littlefield, have knowingly conspired with former City Chief of Police, Steve Parks, to allow William (Billy Ray) Foxworth to operate a hazardous waste dumping operation for over 12 years with full City protection. See how these four Mayors conspired with the Chief of Police, Steve Parks, to cover up and protect a fraudulent $900,000 bank loan that allowed Foxworth to continue his illegal dumping operation. The contamination of the Chattanooga Summit Landfill by the McKee brothers' illegal incinerator and other persons associated with the illegal incinerator that contaminated Little Debbie products, has resulted in a conspiracy to defraud the NorthWest Georgia Bank and the Chattanooga taxpayers by attempting to force the bank and taxpayers into paying for the clean-up of the Summit Landfill contamination and illegal McKee operation. When the Northwest Georgia Bank refused to honor a letter of credit for the incinerator because the McKee operation illegally contaminated the landfill, the city officials quitely saddled the unknowing Chattanooga taxpayer with a $149,000 clean-up bill that should have been paid by R. Ellsworth McKee.
Due to McKee's powerful status in the area and the fact that McKee apparently owns Chattanooga due to his wealth and the fortune 500 company he owns, no one except this writer will offer any resistance to the corruption that exists here in Chattanooga.
See how former Mayor Gene Roberts interfered with the federal investigation of 3rd District Congresswoman Marilyn Lloyd to protect the illegal dumping in the early 1990's. Also, see how the Chattanooga City Council and its members have used their positions and influence to allow dumper William (Billy Ray) Foxworth to "rape" the city, defraud the taxpayers, and become a multimillionaire during the past 16 years with vacation homes in Daytonia Beach and Gatlinburg plus a corporate jet. Ms. Bennett is now the Chairman of the Chattanooga City Council and hopefully will start an investigation to return the lost $149,000 .
Present Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield, while a member of the City Council and a former director of the Department of Public Works, used his positions and influence for the past 16 years to protect Foxworth's criminal activities. On April 7, 2005, Littlefield was quoted in the Chattanooga Times - Free Press as saying he intended to retain Chief Steve Parks as Director of the Chattanooga City Police Department. I can prove that Chief Steve Parks, Mayors Roberts, Kinsey and Corker, along with Littlefield and members of the Public Works Department, have conspired over the past 16 years to protect Foxworth's illegal dumping and to cover-up the criminal activity involved. In a letter to me on February 24, 2004, newly appointed Chief of Police Steve Parks, formally covered up his 14-year investigation of Foxworth including a nine hundred thousand-dollar fraudulent bank loan. This loan, made through a conspiracy of Foxworth, his lawyer, William Colvin and others, was fully proven to Chief Parks to be fraudulent when brought to Park's attention in 1992 and again in 2004. The loan was used to continue the dumping operation by Foxworth which help contaminate Little Debbie Products and Foxworth also dumped Wal-Mart's hazardous "used" oil from 350 auto stores in the Southeast into the Tennessee River in Chattanooga. The continuing conspiracy to protect this illegal activity over the years has tolled the statute of limitations for prosecution of Foxworth, et. al., ( See 77 ALR3d 725 ). During his tenure as Mayor of Chattanooga, newly elected Senator Bob Corker used his position as mayor, to cover-up the illegal dumping of hazardous
"used oil" from 350 Walmart stores in the Southeast into the Tennessee River at Chattanooga by Foxworth, while twisting the arm of Walmart and forcing a Walmart Superstore to be build on his (Corker's) property. This illegal deal that violated a wetlands environmental area, allowed Corker to achieve a $4,000,000 plus profit on the sell of his land. A lawsuit in Chattanooga Chancery Court had the potential to prove criminal activity on the part of Senator Bob Corker that could have resulted in his impeachment in the newly elected democratic congress. However, the lawsuit was settled by Corker and the results sealed to the public view. When I called the headquarters of Walmart in 2000 and informed their officials that Walmart's hazardous "used" oil was being dumped into the Tennessee River at Chattanooga, Walmart immediately cancelled Foxworth's $2,000,000/year contract with their company. I feel this information and the embarrassment it's publication would bring to the Walmart Corporation, was used by Senator Bob Corker and present Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield in forcing the building of a Walmart Superstore on Corker's property in Littlefield's city council district. Littlefield used this new superstore as leverage in being re-elected to his city council position.
Before Mayor Littlefield became mayor, he was in charge of all legal matters before the city council. In my attempt to address my concerns to the council, I was allowed to appear before the legal committee where I requested a review of my charges against various persons during my 16-year investigation. Councilman Ron Littlefield promptly killed my request for any investigation into these matters. I have recently, August 19, 2008, sent a certified letter to Mayor Littlefield demanding under the Freedom of Information Act, Tennessee Code 10-7-505, all records that pertain to the illegal contracts made by city officials and the now defunct McKee incinerator SR2. No records of any contracts or operations of this company could be found in the offices of the Chattanooga City Council.(See Mayor Littlefield letter under "Political Section").
Here in "Tennesseegate", you can see how state and federal prosecutors conspired along with state and federal judges to stop my 16 year investigation and whistleblowing. A recent ruling by the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Tennessee Supreme Court against lawyer Edward A. Slavin, Jr. who represents "Whistleblowers", suspended him from practicing law in Tennessee in order to send a CHILLING EFFECT to all Tennessee lawyers who might be inclined to help whistleblowers in the future.This is how it is in Tennessee, we have no control of our legal system and just as Judge Edith Jones stated above, the American Legal System and especially the Tennessee Legal System is corrupt beyond recognition.
For the past 16 years, to my knowledge, Senior State Senator Ward Crutchfield has used his powerful position as State Senate Majority Leader to protect and allow organized crime to flourish in Tennessee and especially Hamilton County. Recently, Senator Crutchfield was indicted and charged with conspiracy, accepting bribes, and extortion in his position as Senator of the State of Tennessee by the U.S. Justice Department. Also indicted were Republican Tennessee House member Chris Newton and several other members of the Tennessee General Assembly. While pleading guilty to conspiracy and extortion charges, Mr. Newton stated his illegal actions were ..."Just business as usual in the Tennessee General Assembly"... Ward Crutchfield pled guilty in federal court recently, and due to his failing health was allowed to pay a fine and serve his time in a house arrest status. Chattanooga Mayor Jon Kinsey, Ward Crutchfield's son-in-law, was mayor of Chattanooga when the illegal deal was made with Four Seasons Environmental and its then President Attorney Wayne Cropp. Just as an aside, Wayne Cropp was president of the Hamilton County Republican Party and the campaign manager for 3rd District Congressman Zack Wamp.
