allegations should raise a big question in the mind of any
reasonable person--WHY NOT??
Appellees' response to my Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the
U.S. supreme Court is, as always, an attempt to: (1) hide behind
some suggestion that my filing is untimely, or (2) insist that the
perjury perpetrated by State of Tennessee Solid Waste Manager, Mr.
Guy Moose, was not a fraud upon the court system and is therefore
acceptable. The impetus behind Appellees' argument is the cover-up
by Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judges Boggs, Norris, and Moore,
who, in their Order of March 23, 1998 (see APP.4), make the
incredulous statement that "... perjured testimony alone does not
constitute a fraud upon the court." Appellees now and always
have refused to address the issue of the merits of my allegations
of contamination and the health threat to the general public--both
nationally and internationally. The lower courts (including the
Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals) have covered up the situation due
to the powerful influence and protection of Vice President Albert
Gore Jr. involving his "home state" of Tennessee and the influence
of "Fortune 500" company McKee Foods Corporation.

which products are exported to the countries of Canada. Mexico, and
Russia--does not only constitute a fraud upon the United States'
court system and the American people, but also constitutes a fraud
upon these countries--YOUR COUNTRY!!
The enclosed transcript and tape recording of McKee's legal
counsel, Gary Lander, is absolute proof that McKee Foods
Corporation is fully aware of their problem and that I have
"...dropped a Bombshell..." on them. Mr. Lander also confirms his
knowledge that Tennessee Governor Don Sundquist is also aware of
the problem.
Mr. Ambasador, the attitude of McKee Foods Corporation's chief
executive officer, Mr. Jack Mckee, and his legal counsel, Gary
Lander, and others--including without limitation, the Governor of
Tennessee, Don Sundquist, and vice President Albert Gore Jr.--is a
posture which presumes that unless and until someone is falling
down dead in their tracks from eating these contaminated products,
nothing is going to be done to protect the health and welfare of
the unspecting consumer--such comportment is REPREHENSBLE and,
moreover, is CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE! I trust you agree!
I have overwhelming evidence to prove my allegations in this case.
It includes tape recordings of state and federal judges, city and
