state inspectors, McKee's attorneys, and others, plus video tape,
and state and federal documentation.

I am a trained forensic scientist and crime scene investigator. I
have testified as an expert witness in 504 criminal cases in the
states of Tennessee and Michigan.  I am enclosing, for your review.
information regarding my scientific background and prior whistle-
blowing issues that also directly effected the health and welfare
of the general public and the public trust.

I  am bringing this same information to the attention of the
Ambassadors of Russia and Mexico,  whose  countries are also
receiving contaminated products from McKee Foods Corporation.  As
I stated earlier, the fact that mercury and benzine compounds are
cumulative poisons in the human system, makes even small
undetectable amounts a serious health hazard to the public.

My evidence, which includes three volumes and 823 pages of joint
appendix filed before, and subsequently ignored by, the lower
courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, cannot be defended
nor denied by Appellees.  What has occured here due to the
influence of McKee Foods Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, and
the influence and protection of the U.S. Vice President from
Tennessee, Albert Gore Jr., is a good old-fashioned "Watergate-
style" COVER-UP by the Clinton Administration and the State of
Tennessee.

Possibly an international media expose' of this treachery will cure
the problem and protect the health and welfare of the national and
international public being placed at risk.  I will be happy to
testify as an expert witness in this matter if necessary.  I trust
that you will cause an immediate investigation into this matter
which affects the health and welfare of the Canadian People.
