Re: Letter to Chief of Police Steve Parks
Dear Mayor Corker:
Please find enclosed my February 16, 2004 Certified Letter to
Chief Parks with enclosures. I draw your attention to my website
www.Tennesseegate.com and strongly suggest you study this
manuscript for my soon to be published book "Tennesseegate" due out
in March of 2004. By this letter I am formally bringing to your
attention, as the Mayor of Chattanooga, my charges against
the parties and and others listed in my letter to Chief Parks. I
request that you cause the necessary legal actions required by
law and your oath of office to prosecute those employees and former
employees of the Department of Public Works and Others, including
William Foxworth and his attorney William Colvin for their crimes
against the people of Chattanooga.
Futhermore, I request you cause an investigation into the
contamination of the Summit Landfill by Foxworth and Others,
that has led to the contamination of Little Debbie® products baked
in the Chattanooga area by McKee Foods Corporation, and the illegal
dumping by Foxworth of hazardous used oil from 350 Walmart Auto Stores
in the southeast into our Tennessee River in Chattanooga.
Whatever you do will be reflected clearly and concisely in my book soon
to be published. When the people of Chattanooga realize the reason they
are paying double sewer bills each month, you may want to be on the
right side of this revelation as well. I expect to hear from you
immediately.
Very truly yours,
